Maple-bacon snickerdoodle
I'm a big fan of the bacon chocolate bar, so naturally I thought this was going to be a slamdunk. To my surprise it wasn't.
I couldn't get past how weird I felt while eating it. Food is supposed to be enjoyable, not weird and odd. Bought it from my new favorite lunch spot The Kitchenette.

GOAT a la ficelle
Today I got an email from one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area (Camino in Oakland) and this is the image they sent.
The meal served tonight (which sounds delicious) will be Grilled, roasted and braised kid goat with snap peas, chiles and polenta.
