GOAT a la ficelle

Today I got an email from one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area (Camino in Oakland) and this is the image they sent. 

The meal served tonight (which sounds delicious) will be Grilled, roasted and braised kid goat with snap peas, chiles and polenta.

oooh... I need the recipe for that - we're planning some recipes around a whole roasted goat for a party we're doing in September !!
